Great Crew, Got It Done in 1 Day
Was having plumbing issues and wanted to replace sewer line. Ray came out and cameraed everything and marked everything. Was transparent about pricing and work to be done. Two days later a crew came out to do it. Just had Ray, Cole, and Matt out here to have main line replaced from house to street. Great crew. Got it done in 1 day! Left everything as if they weren't here! Would highly recommend!

All in all, I’m happy with Plumbrite
Had an issue in my basement, so the tech came out and snaked the drain on a Saturday, came back Sunday to complete the job. Ray came out on Monday with the camera and found where the tree root had broken the pipe. His crew came out on Friday and took care of the problem. Had to come back on Monday because the inspector didn’t show up Friday. Monday the guys completed everything, and things are now back to normal. Ray did have to call the city to put up barricades where the sidewalk had been taken out; they showed up within 20 minutes. All in all, I’m happy with Plumbrite and how Ray handled things.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I had a complete collapse in my sewer line and had 3 different plumbing companies come out. The quotes I was getting for repair were insanely high. After a major backup I found PlumbRite. They reworked their schedule to get out to me within 30 minutes (and this is with me calling at 7 a.m. in a panic!). After going over everything with a fine-tooth comb, they provided an exact quote that was significantly more affordable and wouldn't leave me completely destitute, and they started work immediately.
After 2 months of stress, agonizing, and not being able to use my drains, they had my ENTIRE sewer line replaced and functioning within a week.
They made sure to keep me up to speed on every step of the process and were incredibly kind and understanding.
I will never work with another plumbing company. Not only are they affordable and do great work, but they genuinely care about their clients and WANT to help, which is so rare these days. Thank you guys again so, so much. You are all AMAZING.

Had Jesse out from Plumbrite to clear a sewer drain that had backed up. He saw the problem and began to work on clearing the drain. He was able to clear the drain after working, determined to fix it no matter what it takes. Jesse was very professional and skilled at what he does. Shaun came and cleared out a blockage in our main sewer line. We have some issues with roots, but Shaun was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained all the options thoroughly and gave us his recommendation, but didn't pressure us on what to pick. Another guy, Cody, scoped our line and showed us everything and explained as he did it. Everything was laid out clearly and easy to understand. These guys are great and we will be calling again if we need more work done. (This was a while ago; sorry for the late review.)
