He did a great job sizing up the situation and helped me order a fixture that would fit my quirky narrow faucet space. Jordan was great installing new lines and fixture when parts came in. I appreciated his expertise, good advice, and old house familiarity. All costs were discussed up front. I cannot speak highly enough of this company. I had a complete collapse in my sewer line and had 3 different plumbing companies come out. The quotes I was getting for repair were insanely high. After a major backup I found PlumbRite. They reworked their schedule to get out to me within 30 minutes (and this is with me calling at 7 a.m. in a panic!). After going over everything with a fine-tooth comb they provided an exact quote that was significantly more affordable and wouldn't leave me completely destitute, and they started work immediately. After 2 months of stress, agonizing, and not being able to use my drains—they had my ENTIRE sewer line replaced and functioning within a week. They made sure to keep me up to speed on every step of the process, and were incredibly kind and understanding. I will never work with another plumbing company. Not only are they affordable and do great work but they genuinely care about their clients and WANT to help, which is so rare these days. Thank you guys again so, so much. You are all AMAZING.

I'd noticed Plumbrite advertisement on TV; not long afterwards I needed a service call. You never know what to expect from an unknown entity, but I was extremely pleased with how fast Plumbrite scheduled me and arrived on time. Called ahead to tell me he was on the way. When Jesse arrived as planned, he went to work on my issue. He explained what was to be done, answered my questions, and fixed it. Afterwards, he cleaned up the area, leaving things the way they were when he arrived. Don't hesitate to call them for professional services whenever necessary; you will not regret it.
