We had our water heater replaced over a holiday weekend, and Jake Kruse came out on a Sunday to exchange it! The installation ended up being much more complicated than expected because drywall needed to be removed to remove the old water heater. Jake handled everything professionally from start to finish. The wall cuts were incredibly clean and precise, and he made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. He took the time to do the job the right way and kept us informed throughout the process. We really appreciated the attention to detail, quality workmanship, and professionalism during a stressful situation. Highly recommend!

Jake was extremely helpful. Analyzed the problem very quickly, inspected the incoming lines and pressure valves, and did a pressure test outside to verify his findings.
Due to this being a warranty situation, Jake took the time to communicate with the manufacturer.
