I called PlumbRite for a pretty simple job of replacing some old taps on our tub. The plumber, Adrian, came in and uncovered a much bigger issue behind the wall (he felt terrible, but totally not his fault). Over the next week, he stayed in touch, explained clearly what needed to be done, and when I decided to do some of the job myself to save a little money, he even offered advice. He was patient, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. In 20 years of owning a home, I’ve used most of the bigger plumbing companies in town, and this was the best experience we’ve had. I know not all of this company’s reviews are glowing, but our experience with them was top notch.

Jake Kruz the plumber was beyond terrific. Saturday morning, a water pipe burst at my home. Called one plumber and he couldn't come until the next week. Called PlumbRite and had Jake K here in less than 1 hour. He looked at the pipe, saw the hole, and got me up and running again in about 1.5 hours. Very polite and very careful… highly recommend this company, but also Jake K… the best.
