Short review: really great, would recommend.
Longer thoughts. I had a lot of plumbing work done, took a few days.
The administrative side had a hiccup or two: the work took longer than anyone expected, and status updates from the team were uncommon. It caught me by surprise when tools and ladders were in my home, when I thought it'd be done that day.
On the other hand, the work was expertly done, my calls to the office were promptly and effectively answered, and the final estimate was a little less than expected.
I expect to be using Plumb-Rite in the future if I have more problems. Thank you for all the help.

Exactly What I Envisioned
Called Plumbrite today because I wanted a quote on a few things for a rental property I'm fixing up. Noah and Jake showed up about an hour after I called. The quote was so reasonable that I gave them the green light to get started. They had the work completed in under a couple of hours and it was exactly what I envisioned. Damion was exceptionally kind, polite, and knowledgeable! I am super grateful for him that he was able to come out last minute to unclog a drain for my Airbnb rental during the busiest time of year (College World Series). He also checked out some of the other issues I was having. He was seriously the best plumber I have ever interacted with. He was extremely polite, respectful, and well-mannered even after a long stressful HOT day of work. This just speaks volumes for his character and I can't say how much I appreciate that, especially nowadays. I also want to give a shout out to their newest plumber Zach for always being so helpful and hard-working!
