We had our water heater replaced over a holiday weekend, and Jake Kruse came out on a Sunday to exchange it! The installation ended up being much more complicated than expected because drywall needed to be removed to remove the old water heater. Jake handled everything professionally from start to finish. The wall cuts were incredibly clean and precise, and he made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. He took the time to do the job the right way and kept us informed throughout the process. Ray, Jesse, and their team did an awesome job. After our basement nearly flooded after just moving into the house, we originally called different plumbers and were unhappy with their service, assessment, and quote, so we called PlumbRite the next day.
They showed up within a few hours, gave us an assessment without trying to scare us, and gave us a more reasonable quote to replace the exterior sewer line. They started the job immediately the following morning. The trenchless method they used kept our yard and driveway intact, and they finished the entire job in 2 days (exactly what they quoted us).
Ray was an excellent point person; he always kept us in the loop, explained things well, and answered all the questions we sent his way.

Jake from Plumbrite is the best! We had a potential gas leak scare a few days ago. MUD came out to do an inspection, but unbeknownst to us at the time, their guy turned off our outdoor gas line to our grill and fire pit in the process. Next time we went to grill, guess what? No gas! We called MUD again, and they told us to call a contractor because they refused to come out and fix the issue or check our house again as it appeared to be a "private line." Jake from Plumbrite came over and quickly realized what happened. He turned the outdoor gas line back on and wouldn't accept any payment. Obviously, I wish we had known what had happened so we didn't have to call Plumbrite, but I'm happy that Jake could investigate and troubleshoot for us. Thanks so much, Plumbrite!

We Will Definitely Be Working With PlumbRite Again
Woke up to our basement flooded—of course on a Sunday/Mother's Day—and we knew that it was because there were tree roots in the main line. Called Burton and was told someone would be out between noon and 4 p.m. I completely understand it being a weekend and a holiday and things happen, yet at 2 they had to reschedule. I called PlumbRite and they had a tech to my house. Jesse called me within 5 minutes and was at my house quickly. He was friendly, professional, helpful, and, most importantly, he believed us when we told him what and where the problem was. He went over permanent solutions for us that were within our price range. Jesse was great to talk to and work with! We will definitely be working with PlumbRite again for our future needs.

Initially I needed work on shut-off valves under my kitchen sink and at my main water supply into my house. Further concerns by me upon arrival prompted me to do an additional install of a new PRV valve after a new PRV valve was installed by another plumbing company just shy of 3 years ago and failed. Adrian, my plumber, was fantastic on different options and transparency on cost, as well as install. He worked efficiently and, after packing up, came back and checked everything one more time to make sure there were no leaks.
