My problems started late on a Sunday evening and Jesse arrived and stayed late trying to assess the problem. Determined a camera was needed. Jesse & Cody returned Monday to continue to assess the issues and stayed late again (8-10 p.m.). The city became involved and now they will be back today to start digging. Overall, my experience thus far has been excellent, friendly, and promising. Jesse and Cody explained everything that was going on while also looping in my landlord who lives out of state. I also appreciate that even though this has become a process, I am getting the same plumbers on the job each day. Great job PlumbRite!!!

Very helpful. Ray and Christian diagnosed and explained the issue in clear detail and provided us with multiple fix options at different price points. We were able to easily make our decision on a fix, and they got it done in a couple of hours. We had already had a different plumber company out for the same issue earlier this year and were told nothing was wrong and there was no clog.

Great communication, fast, efficient, respectful of property. We had a badly clogged drain that we tried to remedy ourselves but couldn’t. The plumber told us ways to remedy future problems and quickly resolved our issue. He was very friendly and professional. He’s the kind of guy you’d invite over for a football game and some pizza. He checked for leaks after and ensured everything was working prior to leaving. Highly recommend.

My shower started leaking and the handle broke on Saturday when I tried to remove it. Needed the whole thing replaced, including the main valve.
