You never know what to expect from an unknown entity, but I was extremely pleased with how fast Plumbrite scheduled me and arrived on time. Called ahead to tell me he was on the way.
When Jesse arrived as planned, he went to work on my issue. He explained what was to be done, answered my questions, and fixed it. Afterwards, he cleaned up the area, leaving things the way they were when he arrived.
